{Styled Shoot} Wedding Brunch by Michelle Kim Photography

30th April 2013

Hey lovelies,

Every once in a while I get approached by fabulously creative individuals who want to collaborate on a styled shoot and I always get super excited because I love seeing what others can do with my pieces. A couple months ago, I was approached by Joanna Park of LA in Stilletos because she was styling a photo shoot for the awesome Michelle Kim of Michelle Kim Photography. The girls were inspired by a Kate Spade purse that said, “EAT CAKE FOR BREAKFAST,” along with her new spring line bursting with pinks, golds, stripes & dots, so they thought it would be a perfect idea to do a wedding brunch! I’m so glad they did because they came up with the most unique cake I’ve seen…a waffle cake!..and it looked so nice sitting pretty on one of our milk cake stands.

Minted and Vintage pieces used in this shoot: 6” & 9″ Classic Cake Stands in Milk | 9″ Bon Bon Porcelain Cake Stand in Milk | Le Gateau Cake Stand-SM | Glass Dome-SM | Vintage Scalloped Edge Oblong Bowl

I finally met Kim when she stopped by my office to return the stands and I have to say that I loved her! She is one of those people you are grateful you have crossed paths with, you know what I mean? Anyway, without further ado here are the gorgeous images of her very first styled wedding shoot that she not only produced but also photographed.

It was also featured on Grey Likes Weddings so be sure to check that out too! Thanks again Joanna and Kim let’s work together again soon!
